A new headquarters for the National Insurance Board
Bouygues Bâtiment International designed and built (all trades, including outfitting) the new corporate headquarters of the National Insurance Board, Trinidad and Tobago’s main Social Security body. The 5-storey building comprises 2 levels of parking and occupy a ground area of 17,000m². It also accommodates retail space on the ground floor.
Located on the Savannah, Port of Spain’s emblematic park at the heart of Trinidad’s capital, the new NIB headquarters operates and administers National Insurance System (NIS) that provides protection to insured persons against the economic and social distress caused by loss of earnings arising out of work-related injuries and other contingencies.
